HISTORY

BuildCOR is an innovative collaboration between COR Construction and Modu-Tech, aimed at fostering community development and enhancing construction capabilities.

Since their partnership began in 2016, Modu-Tech has played a vital role in supporting COR Construction, particularly through its assistance with the creation of the COR Health Institute, a community center designed to serve local needs. Over the years, Modu-Tech has continued to contribute to various smaller projects initiated by COR Construction, strengthening their alliance and commitment to community engagement.

In the spring of 2023, this fruitful partnership marked a significant milestone with the launch of BuildCOR's inaugural pilot program. Spanning over six weeks, this initial course not only provided participants with essential skills and knowledge but also generated valuable insights that will inform the development of a sustainable, long-term program tailored to meet the needs of the community.
