Design & Construction Planning - Onsite Consultation Once a new property development project is launched, our team of seasoned experts is ready to provide invaluable onsite consultation services, delivering an in-depth assessment of the property. At the site, we carry out a meticulous analysis of the current conditions, allowing us to gain a clear understanding of the viability of future construction plans. Our evaluation includes a thorough examination of the site for various factors that could influence the construction process. We carefully consider environmental conditions, potential safety hazards, effective site management strategies, optimal material staging, equipment requirements, and any other elements that may impact the overall success of the project. An onsite consultation equips us with the most accurate and relevant data, guiding us towards a successful and efficient pathway for development. Time 90 min Fee $450 SESSION Our onsite consulting services deliver the expertise of COR directly to your property, offering a thorough analysis of its current conditions and all present and future construction-related factors unique to the site. With our gathered insights, you will be empowered to make strategic decisions that will maximize the potential of your investment. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policies Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. There will be a 25% cancellation fee for appointments canceled before 72 hours of the reserved appointment time. There will be a 50% cancellation fee for appointments canceled within 72 and 24 hours of the reserved appointment time. Any cancelations made within 24 hours of the reserved appointment time will not be refunded. Lateness Policy Clients are expected to arrive on time for appointments. All appointments will begin at the prescheduled time. Clients that arrive late will not be able to recover the lost time. Rescheduling Policy If an event comes up that requires you to reschedule your appointment, you may do so without incurring a fee as long as it is done before 72 hours of the reserved appointment time. In order to reschedule an appointment, please send an email to mbahar@corcommunity.com Within 72 – 48 hours of your reserved appointment time, a rescheduling fee of $100 applies to any reschedule request. Within 48 hours of the time of your reserved appointment tine, we cannot accommodate a reschedule request. Please note that our policies are in place to ensure fairness to both our valued clients and our business. By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these policies. If we are unable to accept your Booking for any reason, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the Services and will refund you for any deposit already paid.
