WHAT WE BELIEVE IN
COR PHILOSOPHY
Why do many construction projects fail or go over budget and time? What's causing persistent problems in the industry?
Many professionals in the construction industry exploit consumer ignorance for profit.
As a building or home owner, if you enter the market of contractors, suppliers and engineers without any knowledge of what you are asking for, chances are high that you will be taken advantage of - especially if you are a woman. Unfortunately, this is a common and unpleasant reality. Otherwise, nine out of ten homeowners/building owners would not have horror stories about unscrupulous contractor engagements.
Start by educating yourself on the construction processes, systems, and science involved as a homeowner or building owner.

Here is our philosophy and what drives the mission of COR Construction.
YOU MUST UNDERSTAND HOW THE PROCESS OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS.
Success in any field starts with a thorough understanding of that field - the people involved, the science behind it, the available resources, the time constraints, the necessary inputs, the expected outputs, and everything else related to it. If you intend to construct something or hire someone to do so, it is essential to have a clear understanding of what the process entails.

BEING GOOD AT CONSTRUCTION DOESN'T MEAN GOOD AT MANAGEMENT.
Building owners need to take responsibility for managing their construction projects as much as possible. One common mistake we see is when clients assume that their trade contractors or builders have good business management skills, which can be very costly. Construction skill-related schools do not teach project or people management, so it's important to either hire someone who can manage the business aspects of the project or learn to do it yourself.

A BUILDING IS A PRODUCT. IT SHOULD BE TREATED AS SUCH DURING THE PRODUCTION STAGE.
A real estate construction project has a single goal - to create a product. This product can be sold, rented, or occupied, but until the construction work is complete, it is still in development. The success or failure of your brand depends solely on the user experience of your product. So, it's essential to invest intelligently in the product's development, keeping in mind the experience you want to deliver to your users. This experience will define your brand, and it's imperative to get it right.
